  • Kolokasi Taro: 2 large pieces, preferably with a round nose
  • Pork Meat: Boneless neck cuts
  • Celery: 2 cups, chopped leaves and stalks
  • Onions: 2, finely chopped
  • Tomatoes: 1 can of chopped tomatoes and 1 cup of fresh tomato sauce
  • Lemon Juice: Freshly squeezed
  • Seasonings: Salt and pepper to taste
  • Vegetable Oil: For frying the kolokasi

Cooking Instructions

Step 1: Preparing the Ingredients

  • Kolokasi: Peel and cut into large chunks.
  • Pork: Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  • Celery and Onions: Chop finely.
  • Tomatoes: Prepare the tomato sauce and chopped tomatoes.

Step 2: Frying the Kolokasi

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large frying pan.
  2. Fry kolokasi chunks until golden brown.
  3. Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Step 3: Cooking the Pork

  1. Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a large pot.
  2. Cook chopped onions until translucent.
